BEFORE YOU DECIDE
The pilot, clearly.
This page outlines the proposed InstallerDemand pilot. A written service agreement is agreed before payment. Requesting a call is not a purchase or a contract.
The investment
£500 management for 30 calendar days from the first live campaign, plus a client-funded advertising budget from £750. Advertising is paid directly to the platform. Continuing management is £750/month plus advertising, only if you choose to continue.
The service
One business, one agreed service area and campaign, two initial creatives, the enquiry form, follow-up and quote booking for up to 40 new campaign enquiries, and weekly reporting. The ceiling is a service limit, not a forecast. Project scope, coverage hours, quoting slots and responsibilities are agreed before launch.
The management-fee refund
If there are no attended quote appointments meeting the agreed project and area checks during the pilot, the £500 management fee is refunded. A cancelled appointment or an unanswered call is not an attended quote. Evidence of attendance and treatment of a client-missed appointment are agreed and documented before payment.
The client supplies usable appointment availability, the agreed advertising budget, required information and campaign access. We assess the pilot automatically at the end and refund within seven days where due. Agency-caused problems do not reset the clock. If we recommend an early stop or pause at the service ceiling, zero-result protection remains.
What the promise does not cover
Advertising spend is not refundable under this management-fee promise. There is no guarantee of appointment volume, sales, homeowner attendance or profit. A single attended appointment does not, by itself, mean the pilot was profitable.
Launch and continuation
The target is seven working days after complete information, access and approvals. If we cannot meet the agreed launch date, you can agree a new date or receive your management fee back. We review the pilot before deciding together whether to continue.
