WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CLICK

An enquiry isn’t
a quote appointment.

A name and a number still leave you with work to do.
We handle the steps that turn an enquiry into a conversation about a real project.

01

Get in front of
the right homeowners.

We create and manage ads for your business, focused on the work you want and the areas you cover.

Your campaign. Your brand.
02

Have the project
conversation.

We follow up the new enquiries and check what needs doing, where it is and whether the homeowner wants a quote.

Clear checks. Agreed coverage hours.
03

Arrange the quote.
Send you the details.

Where the project fits, we agree a time in the slots you provide, with a project brief ready before the visit.

You attend, quote and sell the work.

CLEAR FROM DAY ONE

Your campaign.
Your enquiries.

A CONVERSATION, BEFORE A COMMITMENT

Let’s see if the
numbers stack up.

I’ve worked in window and door sales. I know that a phone number and a genuine opportunity to quote are two different things.

Before you pay, we’ll look at your area, quoting capacity and what you keep from a typical job. Then we’ll work through what the pilot would need to achieve to be worthwhile. If the figures don’t support a sensible test, I’ll say so.

A FEW THINGS WORTH CLEARING UP

Good questions.
Straight answers.

You should understand what you’re paying for before we speak.

Are you selling shared leads?

No. The new enquiries generated by your campaign aren't resold to other installers. The campaign runs for your business. Homeowners can still approach other companies themselves, so this isn't a promise that they won't compare quotes.

What does a checked quote appointment mean?

We check the project type, service area, usable contact details and whether the homeowner or authorised decision-maker wants a quote. We arrange a time in the slots you provide. A booking isn't proof of verified finances, a guaranteed sale or a guarantee that the homeowner will attend.

What exactly does the refund cover?

If the 30-day pilot produces no attended quote appointments meeting the agreed project and area checks, the £500 management fee is refunded. Advertising spend is separate and isn't refundable under this promise. We agree the appointment definition, available budget, quoting slots and practical conditions before payment. There is no sales or profit guarantee.

What am I committing to after the pilot?

You decide whether to continue after the review. Continuing management is £750 per month, plus your advertising budget. At £750 advertising, that's £1,500 per month combined. Submitting a call request doesn't commit you to buy anything.

Will you handle my existing enquiries too?

The pilot covers new homeowner enquiries from the campaigns we manage, with follow-up and booking for up to 40 new enquiries. That's a service limit, not a promised lead count. Existing databases and enquiries from other channels are separate work.

How quickly will you follow up?

We agree real coverage hours and response targets before launch. The aim is prompt contact during those hours, with a documented follow-up process. We don't promise a 24/7 human response. Your quoting availability and our follow-up coverage need to work together.
